Note, any returned packages received without prior contact will not be accepted.

Returned or exchanged items must arrive at our return address (detailed below) within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Due to health regulations, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges of underwear (panties)

Returned items must be in new condition, not worn, washed or damaged. All original tags and labels must be included and the original packaging must be intact (box, paper bag etc.). Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Once the returned item is delivered back to us, we will send you an email notifying you that the item was received and, when relevant, whether your refund was approval.
If approved, you refunded will be processed within 7 business days.

You will be responsible for arranging shipping for the returned items, including all associated costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
